AOL finally regains independence from Time Warner

Yes but Why? Why did AOL Split at the Time it Did? Why was there an AOL spin off that the Media makes sounds so grand, and it seems to be taken by shareholders as that is just the way things are .. and well they seem to Take Time Warner at their Word Like Blind Sheep and NOT look into the "Behind the Scenes" Actions as posted here, and on as well as at www.Iviewit.TV .

Time Warner was Fully Aware of a Major Liability that AOL had, and that Time Warner would inevitable some day have To Answer to as Time Warner Inc. Signed Confidentiality Agreements with the Iviewit Technology Company and then Used, and Leaked This Technology as it slipped away from the rightful owners and int Patent Pools bundled and lost forever.

Does the AOL Spin off mean they now have no Trillion Dollar Liability to Disclose? Why is the SEC not looking into all of this? What is Really Going on ?
